7-Day Return Policy: How It Works
- Our 7-day return policy starts the moment you take possession of your vehicle, regardless of the time of day. You have the flexibility to drive the vehicle for up to 300 miles and decide if it’s the right fit for you.
- If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange the vehicle, simply notify us by 5:00 p.m. CST on the 7th calendar day after your purchase date.

Vehicle Return Policy: Important Details
- Vehicles priced under $11,999 are not eligible for our 7-day return policy.
- Commercial vehicles are not eligible for return or exchange.
Mileage and Return Policy:
• A surcharge of $1.50 per mile will apply for up to 300 miles driven.
• Vehicles driven over 300 miles will no longer qualify for a return under the 7-day policy.
Fees and Penalties:
• A 12% restocking fee will be applied based on the total purchase price.
• $150 recondition fee will be applied.
• A penalty of $150.00 per missing license plate or registration document will be imposed by the Illinois Secretary of State.
• Customers are responsible for all additional costs, including shipping fees and charges from third-party services.
• Customers are responsible for all toll violation, red light and any other violation.
Inspection and Return Conditions:
• Customers are encouraged to arrange a third-party inspection prior to purchase or shipment
Returns will not be accepted if the vehicle has been:
1. Modified in any way.
2. Involved in an accident or sustained damage, including minor or cosmetic issues.
3. Altered from its original purchase condition.
4. Mistreated, leading to mechanical or suspension faults.
5. Used as loan collateral or placed under a security agreement.

7-Day exchange requirements
Surcharge of $1.50 per mile will be assessed up to 500 miles driven.
A restocking fee of 10% will be calculated based on the total purchase price.
Customers will be responsible for any additional fees such as shipping in addition to fees incurred by 3rd party contracts.
All customers are welcome to have a 3rd party inspection prior to purchase within 5 miles radius of Your Choice Autos.
If a trade was a part of the first purchase, the value of the trade will be moved to the second purchase.
The vehicle must have no more than 500 miles added from time of purchase and be in the same condition as when sold.
Exchange must be completed at the dealership.
You MUST qualify for the necessary financing on the replacement vehicle.
Excludes any cars under $10k Sales price and Commercial.
Warranties may transfer if applicable.
We cannot accept an exchange if the vehicle has been:
Modified
In an accident or damaged (including minor and cosmetic damages)
Altered from the condition it was purchased
Mistreated (causing any mechanical and suspension components to fault)
Put on a security as a loan
15-Day Powertrain Warranty
Enjoy peace of mind with our 15-day/500-mile powertrain warranty, covering the internally lubricated parts of the engine and transmission. This warranty ensures you’re protected against unexpected issues within the initial days of ownership, allowing you to drive with confidence.
- Vehicles over 150,000 miles are excluded from Powertrain Warranty.
- Antique vehicles (over 25 years old) are excluded from Powertrain Warranty.
- Vehicles branded "Flood" or "Rebuilt" are excluded from Powertrain Warranty.
- Vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating of 8,000 pounds or more are excluded from Powertrain Warranty.
