Vehicles priced under $11,999 are not eligible for our 7-day return policy.
Commercial vehicles are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you decide the vehicle isn’t the right fit, simply notify us by 5:00 p.m. CST on the seventh day after purchase.

7-Day Return Policy: How It Works

Surcharge of $1.50 per mile will be assessed up to 300 miles driven.

A restocking fee of 12% will be calculated based on the total purchase price.

A penalty of $150.00 per missing license plate or registration document will be imposed by the Illinois Secretary of State.

$150 recondition fee will be applied.

Customers are responsible for all additional costs, including shipping fees and charges from third-party services.

Customers are responsible for all toll violation, red light and any other violation.

Customers are encouraged to arrange a third-party inspection prior to purchase or shipment.

7-Day Exchange Policy: How It Works

Customers will be responsible for any additional fees such as shipping in addition to fees incurred by 3rd party contracts.

All customers are welcome to have a 3rd party inspection prior to purchase within 5 miles radius of Your Choice Autos.

If a trade was a part of the first purchase, the value of the trade will be moved to the second purchase.

The vehicle must have no more than 500 miles added from time of purchase for exchange, and must be in the same condition as when sold.

Exchange must be completed at the dealership.

You MUST qualify for the necessary financing on the replacement vehicle.

Excludes any vehicles priced under $11,999 and any commercial vehicles.

Warranties may transfer if applicable.

We cannot accept an exchange if the vehicle has been:

Modified.

In an accident or damaged (including minor and cosmetic damages).

Altered from the condition it was purchased.

Mistreated (causing any mechanical and suspension components to fault).

Put on a security as a loan.
